This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Lytmark subscriptions. Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record.

1. Subscriptions

Lytmark is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. Each payment covers the upcoming billing period. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew afterward. You keep full access to paid features until that period ends.

Because you retain access for the full period you have already paid for, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused time after a cancellation within a billing period.
